No charges for Bush-era torturers under Obama
Despite injustices committed by the Bush administration after the September 11th attack, Obama refuses to hold the wrong-doers accountable.
Though he admits the practices were torturous, and therefore criminal, he chooses to remain "agnostic" about whether or not the tactics worked and does not plan to pursue the issue further.
His reasoning for not taking appropriate actions in response to the recent release of the torture report may have something to do with his close ties to the CIA director.
