If you're Saudi Arabian royalty, you can pretty much get away with anything.
Like large scale drug dealing.

There's a 9/11 tie into all this.
Ace independent investigative reporter Daniel Hopsicker of madcowprod.com points out that the supposed 9/11 hijackers - mostly Saudis - appeared more like mob-connected drug couriers than devout religious zealots. They drank scotch, snorted coke, and hung out in strip clubs.
Their small craft flying lessons? The better to transport drug with.
