Technology can help in the education process a lot.

One way it can help is by cutting down on the "dead wood", for example the armies of administrators who draw huge salaries for doing god only knows what. Then there are the clock punchers/pension gatherers and it makes little sense to deny that they represent a significant proportion of so-called teachers.

Yet, the reality is no technology, not matter how good can replace a good teacher, that would be a person who knows the subject, knows children and care.
