There's a criminal enterprise at work in every town in America. It's called the school board. If you think I'm exaggerating go to a meeting and ask an unpopular question on topics like where the money your school taxes really goes (huge administrators salaries, huge administrative staffs, big infrastructure projects that make no sense that go to friendly contractors etc. etc.)
