Where ever you see people living long, healthy and happy lives, you see who exercise daily.
But HOW?
That's the question.
They're not desperately jogging by the side of the highway. They're not paying huge fees to pump iron in unhygenic, windowless gyms.
They are moving - all day. In the fresh air and preferably up and down inclines. (Mountain people are legendary for their longevity even though they live in touch environments.)
Try to figure out how you can simulate this in your daily life.
And don't jog by the side of the highway. It's unhealthy and dangerous to boot.
