Do you want to contribute food to the poor?
In many parts of the US, it's illegal.
The group Food Not Bombs has found out when they've been assaulted and arrested by police for distributing food to the poor.
New York City's Mayor "Little Napoleon" Bloomberg has decreed that bagels and other food are not healthy enough for hungry people and will not be accepted as donations at city run food centers.
