These guys take over the roadway en masse, run through red lights, speed, operate their vehicles recklessly - and it's been going on for well over a year.

The NYPD has done NOTHING.

Now it turns out that at least two off duty NYPD cops were part of the mayhem in which the driver of an SUV was dragged from his car and beaten in front of his wife and infant child.

Not in this video is the new revelation that one of the cops personally attacked the car.

By the way, the nonsense "we can't do anything about it" is totally baloney.

1. They could have ON DUTY undercover cops in the group with cameras on their helmets capturing license plates. They do that to innocent drivers who are operating legally all the time. Run the plates and charge them with everything possible.

2. They could use one of those expensive helicopters they have and follow the group and have squad cars pick off individual riders as they break off from the group and charge them.

The NYPD never has a problem beating and gassing entirely non-violent people exercising their First Amendment rights, but somehow they can't get a grip on these people?

Ridiculous.

But by all means, make the NYPD's Ray Kelly head of Homeland Security. He's obviously a winner - at spewing the party line, wasting billions of dollars, being grossly incompetent and taking credit for things he had nothing to do with. He'll do well in Washington abusing the rights of citizens.
